Sling TV Redesigned App Should Arrive Soon
Sling TV has announced that it is launching a redesigned version of its streaming app. The company says that this redesign is considered to be the “most comprehensive update in Sling TV’s history.” The new Sling TV app version should bring changes that would make it easier to discover content and navigate the app.
According to a Sling press release, the reimagined app acquired a few unique features that should make using the app a breeze:
So, all of the content recommendations will be located directly on the new Home Screen, which will make it quicker to spot something worth watching. The Guide also went through a major change: Sling TV simplified the process of marking favorite channels, recording a show, and more.
Another new feature that will make an appearance on the re-imagined Sling TV app is the DVR tab. Now all of the recorded content will be stored there.
And that’s not all. The redesigned app also gets improved navigation and a Smart Search feature to help find the needed content. Moreover, Sling TV promises that there will be even more features coming to the app in future releases.
